The Platform is owned by ZEP FOUNDATION, registered in Dhule, Maharashtra, India under the Companies Act, 1956.

Transaction Binding

By initiating a transaction, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to Dhule, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
